Participants practice baking at the class.
The class was attended by 120 women from 27 Women’s Union branches in the city. During the course, the participants were provided with knowledge to enhance women’s entrepreneurial capacity, including topics such as management and operations in entrepreneurship, business communication skills, and cultural aspects of entrepreneurship. In addition, professional bakers guided them on the process of preparing and storing baking ingredients, as well as selecting raw materials for baking. They were also taught the steps involved and practiced making three types of pastries: mooncakes, choux pastry, and muffins.

This class aims to support and provide livelihood skills to women in difficult circumstances or facing unemployment, helping them improve their skills, find suitable jobs, and increase their income to develop their families’ economy.
